Sale of self-defense products Our policy regarding the sale of stunning devices, defensive sprays, knives, and other self-defense items, is very simple. You, as the buyer are solely responsible for the adherence to any and all local and other applicable laws or regulations in your area. We have provided the most up to date information that we have available to us here, however we cannot certify this information to be up to date or complete. Please check your local and state regulations regarding the purchase of these types of self-defense products. Castle Enterprises, Castleen.com, Crime Prevention Systems, nor anyone associated with them offer any warrantee for suitability of the use of these products for any particular purpose. While these products may save your life in a violent confrontation, they can be potentially harmful if used improperly or indiscriminately. We can make no guarantee or warrantee for your use of the products or information that we make available to you. That is completely beyond our control. We simply cannot accept any type of liability what so ever for the use or misuse of these products. By purchasing any item from us, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorizations) You may return any item that is defective upon receipt to us for a full refund or replacement (at our option) by contacting us within 3 days of your receiving the product, and returning it together with a completed RMA form that we will provide you. Once we have issued your RMA number, it is valid for 14 days only. Return of non-defective merchandise may be made by following the RMA procedures above, but a 20% restocking fee will charged. Any non-defective merchandise may not be opened, and must be resalable to be returned. Obviously, any damage due to misuse or abuse is not warranted and acceptance of any product is at our sole discretion. Any returns attempted beyond the time frames of our RMA policy will be dealt with individually and are at our sole discretion. Typically, no returns will be accepted after 20 days for any reason. For RMA authorization, contact us at rma@castleen.com please include the item description, and full description of the problem with your email. Shipping We typically ship via USPS. We may however, for expediency or other reasons, have your products drop shipped from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Drop shipped items will typically be shipped via UPS. Items to be shipped outside the USA will be subject to our discretion, and additional shipping and handling fees. Payment Processing We accept online payments via accepted credit cards. A charge will appear on your statement made by either Castle Enterprises or Christian Martial Arts Supply. We will also accept personal checks and money orders (subject to clearing before shipment) and credit cards via mail or fax at 419.281.3637 For your security; please do not send credit card information via email.
